Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in Talent Acquisition in-house with the focus on Engineering
- Proven track record of successfully hiring engineering leaders (managers, directors, and above)
- High business acumen with the ability to understand company growth drivers and build long-term hiring strategies connected to business objectives at scale
- Strong ability to build trusted partnerships and act as a strategic advisor to leadership and senior stakeholders
- Skilled in using analytics to track funnels, measure efficiency, and optimize recruiting processes based on data-driven insights
