Job Description
The Maples Group is a professional services firm seeking an IT Support Analyst to join their Jersey office. The role will involve providing technical support to the wider Maples Group and resolving end-user issues in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements
- 2 years technical experience, supporting and deploying software and infrastructure
- Experience with ITSM ticketing system, preferably ServiceNow
- Relevant IT degree is beneficial but not essential
- Experience troubleshooting and supporting business applications and O/S
- Experience supporting MS Office 365, Citrix and Windows 10
- Experience supporting mobile devices, Citrix and VPN environments
