Requirements

• IT Support Analyst
• providing first, second and administrative level IT support on IT systems, applications, audio visual, unified communications and collaboration systems, and associated peripherals
• proactively assisting in supporting, responding to and resolving business applications systems issues in a timely manner
• effectively managing all aspects of user access, associated controls and processes including onboarding, provisioning, ongoing support, updating, securing and decommissioning
• ensuring all IT led initiatives, implementations and upgrades as directed are completed in a timely manner
