Join our team as a Pastry Sous Chef at the prestigious Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, a 1,300 acre, AAA Four Diamond resort and spa. We're looking for a passionate individual to help us deliver an unparalleled guest experience. As a Pastry Sous Chef, you will train and supervise pastry staff, oversee the preparation and service of baked goods, and contribute to the resort's continued excellence.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a related role
- Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork
- Ability to prepare and bake a variety of pastries, rolls, and/or other baked goods
- Ability to analyze supplies costs and develop cost-effective procedures
- Ability to lead and train staff
- Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures
