Job Description
Margaritaville and Landshark is seeking a Prep Cook to prepare and cook food according to company specifications. The ideal candidate will have 6-12 months of experience in a high-volume restaurant, a culinary degree, and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Six months to one year minimum as a prep/line cook in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
- Culinary degree or equivalent preferred
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with other departments and outside contacts
