Mariana Minerals is hiring a Head of Recruiting to build and scale a world-class talent function that supports the company's rapid growth. This leader will own end-to-end recruiting strategy, execution, and infrastructure, balancing high-quality hiring with speed and efficiency.

Requirements

• 15+ years of recruiting experience, with 7–10 years in leadership roles
• Proven track record of scaling recruiting functions in high-growth environments
• Strong experience in recruiting operations (process design, tooling, systems)
• Demonstrated expertise in program/project management applied to hiring (planning, execution, tracking)
• Experience hiring across technical and business roles
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
