Requirements
- 15+ years of recruiting experience, with 7–10 years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of scaling recruiting functions in high-growth environments
- Strong experience in recruiting operations (process design, tooling, systems)
- Demonstrated expertise in program/project management applied to hiring (planning, execution, tracking)
- Experience hiring across technical and business roles
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
