We're looking for a Head of Recruiting to own and scale our talent function during a pivotal growth phase, taking us from 40 to 100+ people by the end of the year. The role involves personally sourcing, engaging, and closing senior and leadership level hires while building a recruiting team to handle growing volume.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- At least 3+ years in a leadership or management role
- Direct experience scaling a company through a high-growth phase (e.g., 30–50 to 100+ employees)
- Proven ability to personally close exceptional candidates across both technical and non-technical roles
- Track record of building recruiting processes and teams from the ground up
- Sharp strategic judgment: ability to build a hiring plan, manage competing priorities, and advise founders on talent decisions
- Fluency with modern recruiting tools (ATS platforms, sourcing tools, analytics)
- Startup DNA: resourceful, adaptable, low ego, and comfortable operating in ambiguity
