Quality Lab Tech

Mark Anthony Group is an entrepreneurial drinks company that is hiring a Quality Lab Tech. The role involves performing routine lab and micro analysis on raw materials samples, product samples, and operating and maintaining various lab equipment/instrumentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology or Food Science
• Minimum 2 years laboratory experience in food/carbonated beverage/alcohol
• Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, and occasional weekends/holidays
• Strong analytical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of good laboratory practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work while multitasking
• Proficient with basic computer applications, including Excel, Microsoft Office, and Word
