Requirements

• Develop requirements and specifications that support projects
• Understand current and future processes
• Guide stakeholders on effective and efficient approaches to achieve project objectives
• Develop test scenarios and test cases for system and integration testing
• Model and map business processes
• Conduct as-is/to-be business process analysis
• Involved in business process re-engineering (BPR) and organizational change exercise
• Write and present business cases
• Retest and document existing tasks/defects
