Requirements
- Conduct New Hire Training sessions
- Conduct On-Floor training/refresher sessions for agents in the production floor
- Stay current in product and process updates, launches and best practices, tools, and applications.
- Document Training performance by way of training reports and give periodic, specific feedback to trainees
- Analyze learner engagement and performance and strive continually to improve the same
- Evaluates new hire trainee performance or on-floor through objective assessments
- Demonstrate a data-centric and a structured problem solving approach to analyzing business and organizational challenges
