Specialist- Trainer

Facilitate new hire training with high engagement, conduct on-floor training, and undertake projects to improve training processes. Own training processes with accountability and stay up-to-date with product and process updates.

Requirements

• Conduct New Hire Training sessions
• Conduct On-Floor training/refresher sessions for agents in the production floor
• Stay current in product and process updates, launches and best practices, tools, and applications.
• Document Training performance by way of training reports and give periodic, specific feedback to trainees
• Analyze learner engagement and performance and strive continually to improve the same
• Evaluates new hire trainee performance or on-floor through objective assessments
• Demonstrate a data-centric and a structured problem solving approach to analyzing business and organizational challenges
