Job Description
Banquet Chef responsible for leading the banquet food preparation staff, managing catering functions, and delivering high-quality food products with appetizing presentation. Must ensure sanitation and food standards are met and guest satisfaction is maintained while adhering to the operating budget.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area
- or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 2 years experience
