We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team, responsible for actively supporting the Executive Chef and carrying out tasks to guarantee excellent quality and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Knowing the raw ingredients and checking their quality;
- Mastering the menu and related dishes, studying recipes and replicating them in preparation;
- Managing inventory and communicating order requirements;
- Supervising and coordinating the work of assistant chefs and extra staff;
- Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in your work area;
- Ensuring that the team complies with health, hygiene, and food safety regulations;
- Assisting the Head Chef in creating new recipes or modifying existing ones;
- Using main equipment and tools in the kitchen, knowing associated risks and rules for their use;
