Chef De Rang - Sheraton Milan San Siro

We are looking for a Rang Chef to join our team in the Sala brigate. The candidate will rotate among the different services that characterize our catering to have a comprehensive view of the operation. The Rang Chef will be responsible for actively supporting the team to ensure a high-quality and efficient service.

Requirements

• Know the restaurant outlets and their menus
• Welcome customers, take orders and serve at the table
• Serve in the room
• Respond to phone orders or reservations
• Handle and manage payments following company rules and guidelines
• Know and master the menu and dishes
• Manage supplies and products needed for the service
• Inform the Supervisor
• Supervise and coordinate the work of commis and external collaborators
• Work in collaboration with other team members
• Maintain the hygiene and cleanliness of the workplace
• Follow and ensure that the team follows all hygiene and safety regulations
• Report any issues
• Assist managers in other tasks as needed
