People Partner (Tech)

We are looking for a People Partner (Tech) to join our team in London. As a People Partner, you will partner with the CTO and Technology leadership to shape and deliver people strategies that enable high performance and growth. You will provide strategic guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness across the UK Technology organisation. You will also act as a trusted coach to leaders on performance, development, engagement, and team dynamics, using data and insights to inform decisions.
