Welder - 2nd Shift

We are looking for skilled Welders to join our team at Martin Sprockets & Gear. As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing MIG welding to join metal parts, following process sheets and blueprints, and inspecting welds for quality.

Requirements

• MIG welding experience within a manufacturing environment or equivalent technical schooling
• Additional welding skills, such as Flux Core welding
• Basic oral communication skills and ability to read and understand written instructions in English
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and position heavy components
• Ability to work scheduled hours and adhere to company timekeeping and policies
• Ability to stand for the entire duration of the shift in a non-climate-controlled environment
