Job Description
The College of Matrons is seeking a Chief Executive and Clerk to the Trustees, with a salary of ÂŁ50,000 per annum. The successful candidate will have experience in the elderly, health and social services, and demonstrate financial literacy, change management, and effective team management. The role is based in Salisbury, with a hybrid work arrangement.
Requirements
- Experience and understanding of the problems/needs of the elderly, health and social services
- An understanding of the Almshouse environment
- A working knowledge of safeguarding vulnerable adults
- Demonstrable financial literacy
