Responsible for overseeing all restaurant operations, including customer service, staff management, and maintaining food quality and presentation. Must have previous food and beverage management experience and be able to uphold food safety and sanitation policies.

- Computer skills (including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general database applications)
- Understanding of ABC regulations
- Beer, wine, and liquor knowledge
- Previous food and beverage management experience
- Must be at least 21
