Job Description
Under limited supervision, performs manual custodial and horticultural work to ensure the appearance of ESHD properties is clean, safe, and functional.
Requirements
- Cleans and maintains floors, stairways, and hallways
- Operates and maintains equipment such as scrubbing machines and lawn mowers
- Must be physically able to wear a dust mask/respirator and face protection due to potentially hazardous environments
- Ability to follow work safety standards and practice
