Director, Product Management

Mastercard is looking for a Director, Product Management to lead strategic product initiatives that enable seamless movement between digital assets and traditional fiat systems. The role focuses on card issuance, but also covers select projects in acceptance and emerging Web3-enabled flows.

Requirements

• Lead end-to-end product strategy and execution for Crypto Cards
• Drive growth of crypto card issuance globally
• Partner with issuers, acquirers, fintechs, and digital asset players
• Define and evolve product value propositions
• Collaborate cross-functionally across sales, engineering, risk, and regional teams
• Enhance Mastercard’s network capabilities
• Act as a thought leader in the digital assets space
