Job Description
We are seeking a Senior HR Executive to provide HR advisory services and manage employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification in relevant discipline
- Good knowledge of local employment legislations like: Employment Act, CPF Act and IRAS
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with high degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and team skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization
