Our client's newly acquired startup is a leading provider of AI-driven solutions designed to assist enterprise companies. They seek a Team lead to manage and scale their onboarding efforts.
Requirements
- Experience leading a team in Onboarding Management, Implementation Management, or Professional Services (At least 3 years)
- Strong background in managing enterprise client relationships and delivering SaaS solutions in a global setting
- Hands-on experience with SaaS implementations, system integrations, and technical configurations (e.g., YAML, XML, JSON)
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and adaptability
- Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities in English
- Knowledge of software delivery lifecycles and experience with tools such as JIRA & Confluence
- Flexibility to accommodate US time zones (e.g., evening availability)
- Understanding of IT standards, applications, and User Acceptance Testing
- Experience in the HR tech industry is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
