Job Description
The Healthy Start Bilingual Team Lead supports several aspects of the Healthy Start program, including implementation, coordination, and ongoing monitoring. This position provides direct supervision to two advocates who provide home visiting and case management/care coordination services. The Team Lead will also provide direct services to pregnant and parenting families.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social work, public health, or related field
- Three plus years of direct service experience
- Two plus years of supervisory experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
