Job Description
The Sr. Director, Information Technology establishes and directs the technology-related strategies, initiatives and objectives, in line with that of the overall business. This role ensures that technology investments support the company’s business objectives, drive innovation, and maintain a secure, scalable, and high‐performing technology environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field from an accredited college/university.
- 10+ years of progressive management experience in IT business leadership, planning, forecasting and strategy.
- Background in cybersecurity governance, AI and risk management.
- Excellent oral, written, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact and work effectively with personnel at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to lead and develop large, diverse technology teams.
- Demonstrated experience building scalable architectures and managing complex technical environments.
- Expertise in cloud infrastructure, enterprise systems, software development methodologies, and data management.
- Experience developing technology integration plans resulting from acquisitions and operational efficiency integration.
- Experience in change management, particularly in fast-paced environments with overlapping projects/deliverables.
- Extensive understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes and standards and their impact on project activities.
- Demonstrated business administration skills, including solid understanding of financial operations, business development and management.
