The Sr. Director, Information Technology establishes and directs technology-related strategies, initiatives and objectives in line with the overall business. This role ensures that technology investments support the company's business objectives, drive innovation, and maintain a secure, scalable, and high-performing technology environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive management experience in IT business leadership, planning, forecasting, and strategy
- Background in cybersecurity governance, AI, and risk management
- Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead and develop large, diverse technology teams
- Demonstrated experience building scalable architectures and managing complex technical environments
- Expertise in cloud infrastructure, enterprise systems, software development methodologies, and data management
- Experience developing technology integration plans resulting from acquisitions and operational efficiency integration
- Experience in change management, particularly in fast-paced environments with overlapping projects/deliverables
- Extensive understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, and standards and their impact on project activities
- Demonstrated business administration skills, including solid understanding of financial operations, business development, and management
