Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, the People Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in keeping people operations running smoothly at the plant level, delivering frontline HR and administrative support while partnering with HR Business Partners.
Requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and employees
- Provide operational and administrative support, including processing incoming mail, coordinating local events, and attending daily management meetings
- Support payroll processing and employee attendance tracking
- Facilitate HR onboarding sessions for new hires
- Create HR letters, process special pay requests, reset system passwords, and maintain accurate employee files
- Provide LMS support and escalate HR issues to HR Business Partners as required
- Actively participate in health, safety, and environmental activities
- Communicate effectively with plant leadership, production employees, HR Business Partners, and the Senior HR Manager
