Production Supervisor

Mattr delivers advanced material technologies and complex manufacturing expertise. Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor provides daily leadership and long‐term direction for the production team to meet operational targets.

Requirements

• Oversee shift production performance, ensuring throughput, scrap, and schedule adherence targets are met.
• Maintain HSE systems for all team members and production areas under supervision.
• Lead compliance with the Quality Management System, including adherence to Control Plans.
• Collaborate closely with Planning on production schedule needs and adjustments.
• Develop, mentor, and provide guidance to team members and Shift Leads.
• Act as point person for disciplinary actions, performance reviews, and emergency response procedures.
