Job Description
Maurices is seeking a Director, Lifecycle Marketing to join their team at their Corporate Office in Duluth, MN. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing and a strong analytical mindset. They will be responsible for defining and executing lifecycle marketing strategy across owned channels, leading a test-and-learn culture, and ensuring compliance with data privacy and consent standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using customer and performance data
- Experience leading teams and complex marketing programs
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and personalization strategies
- Retail or eCommerce experience strongly preferred
