Job Description
ROCK & BREWS is seeking a full-time Hospitality Manager to lead a high-energy, rock and roll-themed dining experience. The role focuses on maintaining a great atmosphere, managing the front-of-house, ensuring guest satisfaction, and supporting a dynamic team. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a passion for hospitality and a rock and roll aesthetic.
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a leadership FOH role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
- Familiarity with labor systems, POS troubleshooting, and administrative duties.
- A passion for hospitality – and rock and roll doesn’t hurt either!
