Job Description
We’re seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our corporate team, responsible for efficiently processing invoices, managing payment schedules, and reviewing vendor statements. This role involves data analysis, customer service, and process improvement, with a hybrid work model (1 day onsite, 4 days remote).
Requirements
- Expertise in AP/AR software (Bill.com preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a passion for data and insights
- Ability to interact effectively with employees and leadership
