The Learning & Development Specialist will assess training needs, design and deliver training programs, and develop onboarding programs to support the growth and development of McLeod Centers for Wellbeing's teams. This role will work closely with leadership and staff to identify gaps and create solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in training, education, or development and be passionate about helping others grow and succeed.
The Learning & Development Specialist will be responsible for assessing training needs, designing and delivering training programs, developing onboarding programs, creating training resources, facilitating training sessions, managing training schedules, and tracking training completion.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others grow, learn, and succeed in their roles, and is passionate about developing others. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable using systems like Microsoft Office and learning platforms.
