Job Description
As a Team Leader – Customer Service, you will manage one of our busy Customer Service teams and provide support and guidance to the team. You will drive positive outcomes for NDIS Participants and lead your team towards achieving team based and individual KPI's.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Contact Centre Team Leader role
- High level people management skills
- Experience managing teams to Contact Centre based KPIs
- Experience using Amazon, telephony systems, or similar software
