As a Project Manager (Electrical) at Vision Electric & Systems, you will oversee all aspects of construction and design to ensure compliance with NEC, budget, and schedule. You will serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, and have overall bottom-line responsibility for profit and loss.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
- 3–5 years of project management experience with a solid understanding of the project life cycle
- Experience working with electrical construction contractors preferred
- Proficient in construction software (e.g., Procore, Accubid, Revit, CAD, BIM tools) and estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and contracting
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, electrical systems, codes, and safety standards (OSHA)
- Ability to read and interpret contracts, plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills
- Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Team-oriented with effective collaboration and coaching skills
- Familiarity with collective bargaining agreements and continuous improvement practices
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
