Job Description
Provide high-quality hardware and software support to Medallion Bank users across multiple office locations. Install, configure, and operate computer hardware and software to help users work effectively. Provide phone, email, and hands-on support, ensuring all Help Desk tickets are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years recent, relevant experience in a help desk or support role providing PC support
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Active Directory and Office 365 products
- At least 2 years’ experience working with networking systems, including cabling, switching, routing, and VPN
- Banking experience or experience in a regulatory environment
- Azure experience and certification(s)
