This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Greater Fort Lauderdale, FL area. As the Sales Operations Manager, Supplemental Insurance Solutions, you will own the systems, processes, and insights that power MASA's expanding supplemental insurance business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Insurance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or business operations within a structured, performance-driven sales environment.
- Strong understanding of sales compensation structures, reporting, and operational analytics.
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales technology platforms, with a focus on data accuracy and usability.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong overall skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.
