Job Description
MedKoder, LLC is a full-service medical coding management services provider seeking a Physician Coder: Orthopedics for a remote, full-time position. The ideal candidate will have experience specializing in Orthopedic Surgery coding and E/M services, with expertise in surgical coding, E/M scenarios, and billing guidelines.
Requirements
- Review and accurately code Orthopedic Surgery and E/M cases
- Meet daily production goal and quality goal of 95% accuracy rate
- Attend conference calls and communicate with leadership
- Stay current on coding guidelines and maintain credentials
- Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information
