Job Description
Medlogix, LLC delivers innovative medical claims solutions through a seamless collaboration of technology, staff, and healthcare provider networks. The Customer Service Associate will serve as a liaison between Medlogix and customers, answering incoming calls, addressing inquiries, and performing various tasks.
Requirements
- Interact in a professional manner with customers
- Assist callers with inquiries and perform claim intake processes
- Process claim demographic updates and communicate with other Medlogix departments
- Document all phone calls and meet individual and team goals
- Perform QA protocols to ensure service level agreements are achieved
