Job Description
We are looking for an HR Specialist to formalise, optimise, and harmonise Mega's internal HR processes across the Netherlands. As a freelance consultant, you will be responsible for designing and formalising HR processes, ensuring compliance with Dutch labour law, and supporting the HR team in implementation.
Requirements
- In-depth expertise in Dutch labour law
- Structured mindset and detail-oriented approach
- Excellent written communication skills
- Native Dutch speaker, with a strong command of English or French
