Job Description
Megaport is a global leader in Network as a Service (NaaS) and is looking for a Senior Network Operations Analyst to join their team. The role involves operating, maintaining, and continuously improving the logical data and security network, as well as providing L1/L2 network support to customers and internal teams.
Requirements
- Advanced English communication skills (B2 level or higher), both written and spoken
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and protocols
- Proven ability to troubleshoot production environments with a hands-on and analytical approach
- Cisco CCNA certification (required); higher-level certifications are a plus
