Dental Patient Services Representative

We’re a mission-driven team that values collaboration, inclusion, and showing up for the people we serve. We’re seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our Dental Department, creating a welcoming, organized, and supportive experience for dental patients from check-in to check-out.

Requirements

• Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism, courtesy, and warmth
• Schedule and manage patient appointments, including follow-up visits
• Verify insurance eligibility and guide patients through financial assistance options
• Assist patients with registration, forms, and use of the patient portal
• Collect payments and maintain accurate financial records
• Maintain and update patient information in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
• Ensure reception and waiting areas are clean, organized, and welcoming
