Merchants Fleet is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to represent the company in a consultative/solutions-based sales and client relations capacity. The ideal candidate will live in Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, or northern North Carolina and have direct long-term fleet management sales experience.
Requirements
- Direct long-term fleet management sales experience
- Exceptional use and management of CRM (Salesforce) or any CRM
- Strong networking and sales lead development capabilities
- Influencer with demonstrated negotiation skills
- Strong verbal and written skills
- A working knowledge and competency with common business information technology software
- Ability to learn and utilize proprietary company software and on-line web-based tools
- A basic understanding of how to interpret financial statements
- Knowledge of leasing contracts and deal structures
- Excellent time management
- The desire, willingness, and ability to learn
- Ability to function as a collaborator and assist in directing and coordinating company resources
