The ideal candidate has experience leading quota-carrying teams, developing talent, and using data to guide coaching and execution.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Growth Sales, Account Management, or Customer Expansion roles
• 3+ years of people management experience leading quota-carrying teams
• Demonstrated success leading teams through growth, developing talent, and using data to guide coaching and execution
