Job Description
The Direct Support Professional provides direct care to individuals in a residential setting, promoting independence and individuality. This role involves person-centered support for life skills, emotional well-being, and assisting individuals with daily living tasks. The position requires adherence to NADSP Code of Ethics and demonstrates respect and dignity for all individuals.
