Role Overview

Merit Electric is a national electrical contractor seeking an Electrical Supervisor to manage day-to-day field operations, supervise a workforce, and ensure quality, safety, and schedule requirements are met. The role involves coordinating with project managers, general contractors, and subcontractors. The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for planning, laying out work areas, and monitoring progress to ensure quality control.

What You Will Do

The Electrical Supervisor will coordinate and manage field operations, supervise and mentor the workforce, and work closely with the Project Manager to ensure the assigned scope of work is completed. They will also plan and lay out work areas, coordinate with general contractors and subcontractors, and monitor workforce progress to ensure quality control.

Requirements
