Job Description
Join Metergy Solutions Inc. as a Senior Demand Generation Manager and lead the development of our demand engine to accelerate pipeline growth across Canada and the U.S. Develop integrated marketing programs that fuel awareness, generate qualified leads, and convert intent into measurable revenue impact.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years in B2B demand generation, performance marketing, or growth role
- Experience building integrated campaigns across SEM, paid social, email automation, and nurture
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce and MAP (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical & funnel optimization skills
- Proven ability to build from the ground up in a scaling environment
- Collaborates well cross-functionally – especially with Sales + Sales Ops
- Builder mindset, bias for execution, strong prioritization skills
