Methods is a £100M+ IT Services Consultancy looking for a Service Designer on a permanent basis. The role involves designing services that help users achieve their goals, researching and mapping current services, and communicating user needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing services and experience in service design techniques, presenting to decision makers, and working in agile environments.
Requirements
- Researching and mapping the current service from the perspective of the customer, the product team, and the wider organisation
- Running workshops to solve problems, explore solutions, and formulate ideas
- Designing user journeys and artifacts such as service blueprints
- Building prototypes to test solutions and ideas
- Understanding, interpreting, and communicating user needs
