Fintech Operations Director (f/m/d)

We're looking for a Fintech Operations Director to lead our payment operations, fraud, and first-line compliance teams. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in operational leadership within payments, fintech, or regulated financial services. They will be responsible for maturing and scaling our payment and fraud operations, standardizing and automating processes, and leading a team of 15-16 specialists.

Requirements

• 8+ years' experience in operational leadership within payments, fintech, or regulated financial services
• Proven ownership of payment operations end-to-end
• Experience leading fraud and first-line compliance teams
• Track record of using data, automation, and modern tooling to improve processes and scale operations efficiently
• Strong understanding of payment rails and fraud/monitoring tools
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams of ~15+ people
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• High integrity, risk-aware mindset
