Mews is seeking a Manager, Soft Brands to oversee a regional portfolio of Soft Brands customers and lead a team of Account Executives. The role involves ensuring the team executes the Soft Brand sales and customer success strategy, supports value realization, and fosters long-term customer growth.
Requirements
- Proven success in SaaS account management, customer success, or enterprise sales, ideally with franchise/multi-property clients
- People management experience with a coaching mindset and track record of developing high-performing teams
- Strong commercial acumen with experience driving growth and engaging C-level stakeholders
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior executives
- Comfortable in a dynamic, scale-up environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Atlassian, and basic reporting/analytics tools
