Requirements
- Using their discretion and judgement, works with the Senior Managing Director and other regional Managing Directorsâ in developing, implementing, communicating and monitoring sales strategy for their assigned region.
- Works with Managing Director to drive, develop and implement sales strategies, which align with MFS company strategy.
- Monitors industry trends, advises on company product development and develops a long-term strategy for marketing MFS' investment management to institutions to achieve sales goals.
- Builds and maintains a portfolio of opportunities in MFS fixed income, equity and other investment strategies from institutions within their allocated region.
- Participates directly in client meetings alongside Relationship Managers, providing productârelated expertise and support as part of a teamâbased coverage model.
- Ensures compliance with internal MFS regulations as well as external regulatory requirements.
