Project Administrative Assistant

MGE Underground is seeking a Project Administrative Assistant to provide general support for the Project Management Department and assist with project-specific tasks. Responsibilities include managing schedules, data entry, and preparing project documentation.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Ability to learn company software, programs, and processes in a timely manner
