Plan and coordinate events, provide customer service, and perform operational tasks in a Michaels store. Engage with clients of all ages, demonstrate craft projects, and facilitate events. Deliver fast and friendly checkout experiences and uphold company cleanliness and safety standards.

• Demonstrate and instruct party participants in craft projects
• Facilitate and implement party add-ons
• Communicate events with clients and store team members
• Complete administrative tasks
• Adjust plans and events based on client feedback
• Uphold the company's cleanliness and safety standards
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
• Help customers shop and locate products
• Engage customers on benefits of Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
• Assist with Omni channel processes
• Participate in truck un-load, stocking, and planogram processes
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures
• Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner
• Project a positive image and serve as a role model for other Team Members
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production
